This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website, including Dresses, Tops, T-Shirts, Skirts, Coats, Hoodies, Sweaters, Jackets, Sets, Onesies, and Belts.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required for all returns.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, altered, washed, or missing tags cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Onesies that have had the hygiene seal removed or broken.
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. In your email, please provide your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, email you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization slip, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
